LinqDesk visits each prospect site and works out how to reach them. Sites with a real email go to the automated email pipeline; sites needing an account, a membership or a contact form collect here as manual tasks. The agent also does this on its own: new prospects are sorted a minute or two after you add them.
Daily limit, digest and the rules every agent follows
Ask me firstEvery action is written up under Waiting for approval and nothing happens until you click.
AutomaticDone at once, up to the daily number above. Anything past it waits for your approval.
Money never moves without youThe replies agent agrees only up to each client's max cost per link (Budgets), counters once above it, then stops for a person.
The browser agentNever types a password, never creates an account, never solves a CAPTCHA and never pays.
How the inbox fills up
Every email sent from LinqDesk, and every reply, lands here. LinqDesk also pulls sent mail and replies from your connected mailbox for every prospect: matched by the prospect's email address, or by its site's domain when no address is saved. That includes conversations that happened directly in Gmail, before or outside LinqDesk. Newsletters, notifications and other machine mail are left out. People you emailed who are not in the pipeline yet go to Mail review. The mailbox is checked when you open this tab and every 30 minutes.
What this page is
These addresses come from your mailbox's sent folder and match no prospect in the pipeline. LinqDesk reads each conversation and names the client brand it is about. Click an address to read the whole thread and see the exact words it matched. + Add creates the prospect under the chosen client and imports the thread. ✕ Dismiss hides that address permanently. Tick rows to add or dismiss many at once.
Or paste a vendor list to qualify
Runs the same checks on each domain and keeps the price you pasted.
Each client's NAP Info tab, row for row, as it is in Google Sheets right now. It is re-read every 20 seconds while this page is open (and every 10 minutes in the background), so an edit in the sheet shows up here by itself.
Backlinks won
Mailboxes
Connecting a mailbox is optional. With one, LinqDesk sends for you, follows up on schedule and reads replies. Without one, everything else still works: it writes every email, you send it from your own mail app with Copy & mark sent, and you paste replies in with Log their reply. Untick a mailbox to pause it. The sign-off name is what emails are signed with (and the From name recipients see); leave it blank to use the name derived from the address. Keep each active mailbox at 10-20/day to protect deliverability.
Used to sign AI-written emails and replies when no mailbox is connected (a connected mailbox's own sign-off name wins). Saved with the settings below.
Connect Gmail with Google is switched off on this server because Google OAuth is not configured. Use Connect a mailbox instead.
Automation & schedule
Automation
Sends outreach in your chosen window, checks replies every 30 min, follows up twice, and stops the moment a prospect replies.
Automation needs a connected mailbox to send from. Without one LinqDesk still writes every email and follow-up; you send them yourself with Copy & mark sent, and the Agent brief on Home tells you when each follow-up is due.
Email me about replies and lost links
One email per batch, sent from your connected mailbox to , whenever a prospect replies or a won link disappears. Needs a connected mailbox; without one, the Agent brief on Home lists the same things.
Each mailbox's daily quota is spread evenly across this window, in the timezone above, rather than sent in one burst: a wider window means a calmer, safer sending pattern. Follow-ups always go before new first emails, so a started conversation is never starved by the daily cap.
Agent & AI
AI-written personal emails
Every email is written fresh for that one website, using the client's business profile and what is known about the prospect. Templates are used only if AI is unavailable.
AI writing is not configured on this server, so templates will be used.
Agent auto-triage
A minute or two after prospects are added (and after every restart, for any backlog) the agent visits their sites, finds the real way to contact them, fills in emails it finds, and sorts each one into the email pipeline or Manual tasks. It never sends anything, so it is safe in manual mode too.

Discovery rules
A site is a Pass when it clears both floors, has a spam score under 30, gets at least half its traffic from the US, UK, Canada or Australia, and is on topic. Anything short on one count is a Maybe; spam, almost no traffic, mostly non tier-1 traffic or off-topic is a Reject and is never shown again.
AI researcher opens each site
After scoring, an AI agent opens up to 40 of the best sites per run, reads their guest post, advertising, sponsorship or contact pages, and writes the exact procedure to get the link (steps, address, fee, link policy). Opens at most three pages per site. Costs about a cent per site on the Fast tier, more on Balanced or Best (see the AI card). Off = the quick crawler only.
Weekly auto-discovery
Every Monday, each client with a backlink target whose month is short of qualified prospects gets a fresh discovery run (Google, competitor backlinks, publisher library) and you get one email listing what is waiting for approval. Needs a niche on the client profile and SEO metrics configured.
Do-not-contact list
AI
Stored encrypted, checked with one tiny call when you save, never shown again. With your own key on file you can pick a bigger model and its usage is billed to your Anthropic account; without one this workspace runs on the shared key on the Fast tier.
Every AI call (site research, email writing, reply reading, briefs, articles) books its real cost here, split by whose key paid. When the cap is reached, the AI researcher skips sites and AI writing falls back to templates until next month or until you raise it.
SEO metrics
Every discovery run, metrics check and the weekly sweep books its real cost here. When the cap is reached, runs stop until next month or until you raise it.

API & CLI
Keys let the linqdesk command line tool and your own scripts use this workspace. A key acts as whoever created it. It is shown once: copy it straight away.
Install the CLI
git clone https://github.com/nikcoder25/linkdesk && cd linkdesk && npm install -g . linqdesk login --url --key ld_… linqdesk prospects linqdesk help
Danger zone
Erase all workspace data
Deletes every prospect, client, budget and blocklist entry. Mailboxes, templates and your login stay.
Delete this account
Removes the workspace, all data, all mailbox credentials and every team login. Cannot be undone.
Statuses flow: New → Sent → Follow-up 1 → Follow-up 2, then Replied / Won / Dead. Automation stops the moment a prospect replies.
